Ok, So I’ve finished playing catch up. Whew!

My day 3 song that reminds me of one/both my parents is by Funkadelic

I just remember my parents, aunts, uncles, and cousins just dancing up a storm. Every home we went to when I was a child either had this album in their collection or it was playing in the background.

This album and everything on it reminds me of living in California and the house and block parties my family used to have on 2nd Ave. The street races were awesome too.
